Standard Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Standard Delivery Time: 1 to 5 business days (for most standard orders).
  • Maximum Delivery Time: Up to 10 business days during peak seasons, high order volumes, or minor transit delays.

Important Notice on Customs, Taxes & International Delays

Since some of our products are fulfilled via direct suppliers and international logistics partners, unexpected delays can occasionally happen.

  • Customs Clearance & Tax Inspections: If an order is held up by local customs authorities, border controls, or tax/duty inspections, delivery may take longer than usual.
  • Extended Transit Window: In rare circumstances (such as customs clearance issues, import tax verification, or severe weather conditions), the delivery time may extend to 30 days or more.

Please note: Buynexa is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or international customs clearance procedures, but we will actively assist you in tracking your shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Buynexa is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or local duties applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us with your order details.

Shipping Address Errors

Please ensure that your shipping address is fully accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
